Chris is a cybersecurity influencer, advisor, and prolific content creator with over 20 years of frontline expertise. A former security enterprise architect, engineer, he now owns and operates BarCode, serves as an IANS faculty member, hosts multiple security podcasts and leads a six-member podcast network. Passionate about creative storytelling, Chris also writes and directs cyber-inspired indie films. With a dedicated following and network, his engaging approach to educating the global security community through entertainment has solidified his status as a thought leader.

ROBERT BRADLEY / Business Partner

Bringing a unique blend of business acumen and creative vision, Robert joins BarCode as a valued Business Partner. With an extensive entrepreneurial track record and a background in film production, Robert is primed to drive BarCode’s strategic growth while elevating the company’s multimedia and entertainment offerings.

His expertise in identifying market opportunities and forging successful partnerships, combined with his storytelling abilites, is critical in guiding BarCode’s evolution as a multifaceted cybersecurity firm.

GEORGE GERCHOW / Sr. Strategic Advisor

George is a cybersecurity and IT leader with over two decades of experience. He has built agile security, compliance, and IT teams for rapid development organizations, specializing in public cloud security, privacy, and modernizing IT systems.

In addition to his professional achievements, George is a renowned speaker, panelist, and author. He has co-authored the Center for Internet Security’s Quick Start Cloud Infrastructure Benchmark v1.0.0 and MISTI Fundamentals in Cloud Security. He also serves as a faculty member at IANS and Cloud Academy. Beyond his work in cybersecurity, George is also a philanthropist and the CEO of the non-profit corporation XFoundation.
